2008 Bike Tour, photo by Jeff Westcott Jeff Westcott led Sustainable Bellingham's Permaculture Bike Tour around Bellingham on Saturday March 22nd, visiting several sites demonstrating steps that have been taken to make Bellingham more sustainable.
