Healthy Connections at the Community Food Co-op offers an introductory class, exploring the theory and practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), with Alan Seid of Cascadia Training and Mediation. NVC helps us improve the quality of connection with others - and ourselves - so that conflicts are fully resolved or prevented and everybody has more fun.
