NVC is a process that helps us improve the quality of connection with others -and ourselves- in any setting or situation. When we have a high quality of connection, conflicts are fully resolved or prevented, people are free to be more productive and everybody has more fun.

About the Presenter:
Alan Seid has been studying NVC since 1995. He is passionate about the human dimensions of creating a compassionate and sustainable culture. He teaches workshops in a few processes & methodologies that he has found to be powerful for positive social change. He is Certified as a Trainer by the Center for Nonviolent Communication.
